School of Dance Sample Daily Schedule

7:15 am -Wake up and grab breakfast at Skidmore College

8:00 am - After breakfast catch the bus to the National Museum of Dance

9:00 am- Technique class 

10:30 am- Repertory class in smaller groups

12:00 am- Catch the bus to Skidmore for lunch and get ready for the afternoon

1:30 -5pm  Afternoon Classes change daily and may include: Repertory, Body Conditioning, Composition, Dance History Lectures. 

5:00-7pm - Head back to Skidmore and grab dinner in the Dining Hall and enjoy some free time (rest, stretch and do laundry!) 

7:00pm - After dinner, depending on the evening, students will participate in a full recreational program (may include activities such as a trip into Saratgoa Springs, Health and Wellness Nights, Bowling Night, Spa Night, Movie Night, Show and Tell, Talent Shows) where appropriate students will attend select performances at SPAC. 

11:00 pm - Lights Out!
